MedAppz iSuite helps physicians code at the appropiate level for all services provided.  The system eliminates lost charges and failures to code for ancillary services.  The physician's electronic signature is required in order to send information to billing ensuring control over the process.

Transcription and Templates

Dictation is the quickest way to capture patient information.  MedAppz provides complete transcription services, integrated right into the EMR.  Physicians Don't have to change the way they work and everyone in the office has access to patient information.

MedAppz Provides templates designed for each specialty which are modified and expanded to fit the needs of every physician at no additional charge.  After MedAppz's implementation process, the templates closely reflect the physician's standard exams.  Additional information about the encounter can be quickly and easily entered by voice, handwriting, or typing.

Clinical Decision Support and Patient Education

Integrated into the MedAppz system are iConsult and MD Consult.  iConsult provides physicians with Evidence Based Medical information.  MD Consult provides clear educational material for patients. 

Drug Interaction Detection

The integrated e-prescription features within iSuite allow for the management of drug recalls, interactions and allergies, and provide medication educational materials to patients.

Physician Order Tracking

MedAppz allows physicians to order labs, x-rays, and other services during patient visits.  Those orders are then tracked until completed and reported on to the physician and patient.  Upon review, outside services may enter results directly into patient records.

Document Management

MedAppz's document management system allows for the attachment and proper classification of historic medical information to patient records.  It also allows new information, such as faxes or x-rays, to be added quickly and efficiently to the appropriate location in patient records.
