Fully Integrated with EMR and Scheduling

MedAppz iSuite integrates Practice Management, Electronic Medical Records and Billing into one easy to use system.  All data is stored in a single database allowing information to flow smoothly from one process to another.  There is no need to leave one application in order to enter information into another.  All of the information gathered during a patient visit, including insurance, demographics, labs and ancillary activities, is automatically captured by the EMR and transferred to the billing module.  Charges will never be lost again.

Fully Integrated Electronic Claims Handling

MedAppz adds the ability to electronically check the pateint's eligibility for insurance benefits upon check-in.  The Billing module also automatically transmits the electronic claims directly to the clearinghouse and then tracks the status of each claim so that cash flow can be managed.  Payments are also posted electronically simplifying the process.  Claim files are uploaded and downloaded from within the Billing module.  Clearinghouse and payer reports are stored within the system for easy access.

ICD-9 and CPT/HCPCS Updates

The ICD-9 and CPT/HCPCS codes built into the MedAppz iSuite are updated annually at no additional charge.
